Currently, the members of EWB-Cambridge are actively engaged in various major projects:

The Cameroon Water Project is an effort to work with OK Clean Water and EWB-Cameroon on small water projects in Cameroon.
- The Eco-House Initiative is a design project with the goal of developing a sustainable, low-cost housing system for the developing world.
- The SELCO Project works with an NGO in India to design equipment and machinery to aid development among the rural poor.
